She was born in 1983 in Belgrade, where she graduated from the junior music school “Vatroslav Lisinski” and then from the secondary music school “Josip Slavenski”, in the class of prof. Vladimir Marković. In 2001, he entered the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, with prof. Irina Jašvili and finished her studies at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, in the class of prof. Marie Spengler-Marković.
During her education, she improved her skills by working with eminent pedagogues, such as Ljubivoje Nikolić and Dejan Mihailović, and with master classes by Marina Jašvili, Sergej Kravchenko and Igor Ozim. She gained extensive orchestral experience, first as concertmaster of the “Borislav Pašćan” Youth Philharmonic, and then as a member of the orchestra of the International Festival of Young Artists in Bayreuth (Germany), the German-Scandinavian Youth Orchestra in Berlin (Germany) and the “Camerata Serbica” symphony orchestra, as well as the “Dušan Skovran” chamber orchestra. She gave very notable performances throughout Serbia with the violin trio “Dominante”, and one of the most respected Serbian composers, academician Dejan Despić, dedicated a composition to this trio, as well as the famous Irish composer, Ian Wilson.
In her previous work, she and her students won numerous awards (over 50) at the most important domestic and international competitions. Also, she encourages her students to acquire knowledge outside the school system, so her students regularly attend seminars of eminent violin pedagogues. She herself continuously improves herself at seminars and lectures related to violin pedagogy.
