Milica Ognjanović, born in Busarac, was born in 1975 in Kragujevac. She received her primary and secondary music education at the School for Musical Talents in Ćuprija in the class of prof. Vladisav Savković, after which she enrolled in the Academy of Arts in the class of prof. Evgenija Čugajeva. She graduated in 1998 in the class of prof. Maja Jokanović.
During her schooling, she performed with the school orchestra and chamber ensemble throughout Europe (Belgium, France, Greece, Spain …), winning the biggest awards at competitions and festivals in those countries, as well as in our country.
She attended many master classes with eminent professors such as: S. Bezrodnaja, I. Svetlova, M. Jashvili, I. Žislin, I. Andrejevski, Kamilarov, A. Melnik …
From 1998 to 2002 she was employed at the Serbian National Theater in Novi Sad, as a member of the opera orchestra, and at the same time worked at the elementary music school in Becej as a violin teacher where she achieved her first pedagogical results. in the elementary music school in Ruma, where she achieved remarkable results as a violin pedagogue. The results she achieved in working with students in the school year 2002/2003 brought her the prestigious award of the Executive Council of Vojvodina.
