Miloš Simić

Born in 1977 in Ćuprija in a family of music pedagogues. He finished secondary music school at the “Mokranjac” music school in Belgrade, in the violin class of Prof. Jelena Abramović Stokić. The following year, he graduated in the viola class with prof. Tomislav Milošević.
During his studies, he participated in competitions and won awards (Belgrade competition, Festival of Music Schools, Tortona). As the best graduate, he received an award from the fund: “Marije Petrović and Janko Ristića” as well as a diploma for concert activities, as a soloist and member of chamber ensembles and orchestras.
F.M.U. enrolled in Belgrade as the first-ranked candidate, in the class of prof. Petar Ivanović, with whom he completes his regular studies.
He enrolled and completed his postgraduate studies in the class of prof. Pante Veličković.
During his studies, he had solo concerts in Belgrade (Gallery of the Cultural Center, Ethnographic Museum, Atrium of the National Museum).
He attended the masterclasses of Wilfried Strehle (leader of the Berlin Philharmonic), Urlich Brochen (leader of the Bavarian Radio).
2000 becomes a member of the Pančevo Quartet, and in the same year he also becomes a member of the B.G.O. “Dušan Skovran”.
From 2002 until today, he has been a member of the “Stringer of St. George”
He started teaching in 2004. at the “Mokranjac” school in Belgrade.
Since 2012 teaches at the school for musical talents in Ćuprija.
Since 2012 Until 2019 students win 40 prizes (27 first), at the national competition of music schools, Show of young talents in Sremski Karlovci, Niš String Competition, Festival of Music Schools of Serbia, Art of the Strings-Kragujevac.2023
After completing their education at the school for musical talents in Ćuprija, from the viola class of Prof. Miloš Simić, the students continued their education at F.M.U. in Belgrade, MUK in Vienna, Hans Eisler in Berlin, Hokschule in Hamburg, Anton Bruckner in Linz, Academy of Arts in Novi Sad.
